We are seeking a Project Architect to join the Architecture department in Lynchburg, VA. The Project Architect position plays a pivotal role in the development of non-routine and complex projects to develop the architectural design from proposal phase through construction. As part of our architectural team, you will be leading the architectural design of several various sized projects concurrently with the support of junior level architectural staff from throughout our company. Requirements: Experience : 7-15 years of experience in all architectural project phases. Education : Professional degree in Architecture (B. Arch. or M. Arch.) from an NAAB accredited university. Certification : Registered Architect (RA) in Virginia or reciprocity within 3 months of start date. Skills : Proficient in the use of Autodesk Revit and AutoCAD, with the ability to mentor staff. Attributes : Strong communicator, organizational, and problem-solving skills; adaptable and self-motivated.
